Clinical Research Physician – Accellacare Northamptonshire (ONSITE ), based in Corby, Northamptonshire, UK , 12 months full time contract with a possibility to extend

Main duties and responsibilities
- Working as a Sub Investigator ( or Principal Investigator if you have already previous experience in this role ) on Accellacare clinical trials at our site in Corby, UK
- Occasionally support the other Accellacare UK research sites
- Comply with ICH/GCP standards and UK clinical trials regulation.
- Interview, screen, enrol and monitor the clinical trial participants.
- Provide medical care for the clinical trial participants.
- Perform study specific tasks (clinical examination and evaluations, review of blood test results, X rays results, etc.)
- Ensure that the clinical trials participants safety and wellbeing are protected at all times.
- Ensure excellent standards of patient safety and quality of the service.
- Record Adverse events/Serious Adverse events.
- Ensure that Good Documentation Practice is followed at all time.
- Develop positive relations with sponsors, clients and monitors as required.
- Participate in GMC appraisals/Revalidation scheme.
Skills/qualifications and experience
Fully qualified, GMC registered Physician with a licence to practice
Right to work in UK
At least 3 years experience as a doctor post graduation
At least 1 year experience in UK since GMC registration
Previous research experience (preferred but not essential)
Previous clinical trials experience in a commercial company as Investigator will be an advantage.
